aghar "pure white" paint ho tho phir rims white ho jayengay, aghar "opaque white" (semi clear) karo gey tho phir thora sa silver bhi naza ayega.

@aqib: usually before paint "astar" (cant rem the name of the chemical at this time) is applied,this is the greyish colour chemical applied to make ground for the paint,when this is applied,you can apply any colour of paint and it wont have the effect of what colour it was before.
So like if you got silver/chrome rims and before the paint you apply astar,you wodnt need to worry about the previous colours effects coming into the new colour.Just apply atleast 4-5 clear coats of paint with 1-2 clear coats of a good quality/imported laquear on top of it.

@309 well he took only an hour to finish his job.went to him at 7pm and it was done till 8pm.paint dried in only 15 minutes.

@aqibdada well i was not having any budget problem.i got 17'' inch rims too.but i was tired of looking my car in a same look again and again :P.thats why changed them.i love these rims bcoz they look gud i guess..why dont you go for golden on ur royal blue colour..or white wid the royal blue ouline..mmm
show ur car and ur rims too.then it will be eazy for me as well as ppl u are asking for..
