Never owned a city before so don't know much about any change in features. I like the front grill as it gives more aggressive look than the pre-facelifted one.
The 'ECO indicator' feature in aspire is very handy as you at least get satisfied that u r not pushing the car hard and getting the best fuel average 
I try my best to keep the RPM between 2 and 3.
Android system is good. GPS was preinstalled. it has a slot for memory card to put your music/videos. plus two cables in dashboard cabin, one for USB/Mobile charging, another for AUX cable. In android setting, there is an option to use the USB port either as charger or as USB MEDIA. The 4 speakers in aspire are giving awesome sound. One thing about the android device is that it does not have automatic backlight adjustment option. Full brightness is good at day time but very bright at night time....and vice versa.
Today i noticed that the interior door handles are in black plastic..... i was under the impression that they are chrome too..... but who cares.
The beige color in 1.5 is way better that 1.3 in looks in my opinion. plus the leather seats in aspire give it premium look.
A big thing which is missing in aspire is auto-retractable side mirrors. I don't feel good putting pressure on them to close them by hand 
One more thing about back-view mirror is it has a small lever on lower side to make it day/night mirror, to save your eyes from some asshole coming behind having HIDs.
The left sun visor has a mirror inside, but the right one does not, as the driver can easily adjust the backview mirror to see his/her face if needed. Right visor has an elastic strap though to hang your glasses.
Opening the bonnet, it has nice beautifully placed engine, but still the compartment looks a bit empty on front side.
The alloy rims are good, but not as much good looking as altis ..... but then.... altis has higher price tag.
The immobilizer was pain in the ass as few times i couldn't start the car because that leather pouch was having two keychain rings which kept it a bit away from the key while turning the key. I took one out and did not find any problem afterwards.
For me, aspire having factory fitted items worth the extra money.
