Some ground realities, Liana had issues with its transmission some thing about the 2nd gear, that is in the 1.3L version that issue is said to be resolved.
There was no engine issue, the same Baleno issue was in the cng variants the coils died pre-maturly and costed (8k each there 2 in it) and plug wires costed (2200 each there are 2 in it) to much. The CNG injectors died pre-maturly costed 18k each (there are 4 in it)
So liana failed due to high cost spares people bought Liana thinking as a Suzuki and cheaper spares, but its parts are more expensive then the CIVIC and the Corolla.
PS: Liana on petrol works absolutly fine. + the car the poster bought is a 1.6L so its a total different car.
