Finally 160 lph fuel pump installed
Firstly installed Toyota housing
Did calculations for fuel gauge and pump bottom point.
and then installed pump.
So mashallah car is accelerating like crazy.

Did Tapet adjustment. They were very noisy.

Fuel pump connected using ecu.

And on idle no one can tell if the engine is running, its mashallah silent.

Next job is 8heat grade spark plugs.
And installing a pipe type intake manifold with porting it.

It acts as a dark background.

And 264nm of torque.

This setup costs me 2.5lacs.

Bhai apne ulta likh diya shyid...whp(wheel horse power) is always 15 percent less then bhp(brake horse power).
Still 200whp is pretty awesome needs skills to handle.

Now pending stuff is
Semi slicks, 500cc injectors ,
Pipe type intake manifold ported tb hole.

Han gii even 11psi is more then enough. Or 11psi pe engine daily driven nae rehta if it can handle 11 psi on stock internals then 8~9 psi is good for daily. Or bhai share suspension upgrades.

Yes exactly. That's the only reason i haven't connected boost tee. So it's running on 7psi the stock actuator of turbo. On this boost its safe and economical too.

Suspension rear shocks are of Mercedes e series, they give me perfect launch the car doesn't sinks in Ground while launching. They're stiff. Cat eyes are the only enemy
Baki front shock fill huay we hain.
Swing arms etc everything is genuine of b11. It's good enough to handle the power. Stable suspension hai buhat b11 ka. And it's lighter too. Curb weight 600kg.

bss 600kg man mien ae80 is 900kg curb weight surely your cars tries to take-off . But you have one disadvantaged you can't stripe it.

In hilly areas my driving is kinda sharp cornering kinda so this car hasn't lost traction at all mashallah.
Whereas once was on a time attack coming back from muree on express way it power slid. I controlled it by over steering it. It's this chasis is something nice to be modified. People in malay Philippines etc they use this chasis alot even for sr20ve and turbo supercharger for anything.

Installing a intake manifold of
QG18det American version the one with pipe type intake manifold.
The reason why i am doing is it has a free flow design plus the bores of intake ports are fit by fit to engine head. Whereas the one jdm QG18de comes with has very narrow ports almost 1/2 of this pipe type intake manifold. So after doing that will be getting some performance increase definitely. More air molecules will be boosted in to the engine on same 7psi boost.
