Yes, both products do list it clearly - and none of them have it to lube caliper piston seal ring or dust boot, The CRC and permatex lube is used to lubricate the mehanical moving parts of the caliper like pins, pad carrier edges etc.
The sieken PL-7S product is an assembly lube for the caliper piston and seal - the only reason to use PL-7S is longevity of shelf life, meaning you can use it to build a caliper and leave it in a box for years, Brake fluid also gets the job done but as it sucks moisture right from the air around it, the caliper will rust out if let to sit on a a shelf for a few months if it was assembled with brake fluid.
the PL-7S is very different from any brake caliper lube that you can buy - it has terrible lube properties as its only function is to aid installation of the caliper piston seal and boot and then get mixed up with brake fluid.
The brake lube you posted is never to be in touch with any brake fluid part as it will destroy the fluid and seals and render the brakes useless.
