don't worry, we will schedule it in a way that everyone should enjoy. You better concentrate on your studies/exam. Most of the members are available in December so we will decide in mid or after. So relax and get good marks in exams

^^^ wow bro, this sounds big if VCCCP or 4x4 Engaged members shows up It can turn into GTG + Auto Show

lets bring it on and you are right instead of mixing it with any other event such as New Year Eve, just keep it focused only for PakWheelers.

Now the number of members are increasing and I'm expecting a good event in mid of Dec (hopefully)

There is this small circle of vintage/classic cars & 4x4Engaged? enthusiasts here in Multan. I am connected to most of the VCCCP/VWCOP guys and my bro @machine is a 4x4Engaged? member so you see it can all be connected and arranged.

Time for some words about the previous year's meet. Even though I was at the previous Multan meet too but the fact that it was dated at New Year eve, killed the essence of it.

Please let me suggest that anything before or after new year eve is appropriate to meet for one specific purpose, "an auto meet". Secondly, a successful meet is only ensured by allowing appropriate time b/w announcement of a meet and the actual date of meet so that the message properly gets out to the most of the audience it is intended for (both the participants as well as attendees).

About the venue, if you want public to show up and take interest in your beloved hobby cars/bikes (which also is vintage/classic car lovers' magnet), the venue has to be easily accessible and a happening place. About the Cantt./Mehboob Bakers parking, I am not sure if this new DCO/Cantonement Board would allow it (thoughts?). But lets just hope that he would

Lets bring it on and I would make sure that I take all the vintage & classic car club (VCCCP) members & volkswagen club of pakistan (VWCOP) members and some 4x4Engaged? members too, from multan/surroundings in loop to show up. WHO IS GOING TO CARRY THE WORD TO BIKERS CLUB? Any volunteers on that? Please chime in.

First i would appreciate your idea that someone from Multan took the initiative to arrange an auto show.I have been arranging classic car shows in Lahore since 2 years with senior members and they were successful .
What Mr.Reezvan highlighted few things is accurate for a good show decide a date which should be Sunday obviously and look if something is not clashing with like Mohram,Elections or any other thing relating even the security also becomes an issue sometime next is the permission for the venue.
Look around how many quality and no of classics,4x4,exotics you can gather and they should be committed ones to avoid any kind of embaresment and unfilled spaces.
Committed volunteers should pool in like a team and get hold of pakwheels management to step further and start sending invites to senior members.
