The thing is that the city is a strictly urban car. now as you are going into northern areas, you might have to offroad a bit. that will destroy the jumps and the suspension of your car, the ride may feel good till you return to your home. it is then when the car will want investment repairs. however corolla is made for these type of roads. once you go, you will know the difference

Salam, I am also planning a family visit from Karachi to Khunjrab Pass on Corolla . I have done this till Naran in 2013. Now I have planned to go till Gilgit or maybe to Skardu if everything goes well. I am planning to stay in Shangrila resorts Skardu. (A true Heaven on Earth). Hope and Pray for clear weather in end of July in NA. My Plan is to start early from Islamabad and stay at Batakundi. Next morning I shall start early and reach Hunza. Another 7 Days, open to explore anything out there.
