I visited Gulberg on 17th July 2016.Here are few pixLabour coming back after Eid
prices vary from sector to sector in residencia. They are in the range of 18 - 22 Lacs i guess. @farhansa would be able to give a better answer.
You covered more developed area, these are almost livable. I am afraid i saw no serious development/progress in L,K and V sectors.
Guys i need latest info like which sectors have plots available with possession and which ones are currently under development process and will be ready in near future.? Also need info about new tax on purchase of property. I am living in Lahore so need as much info as possible.
agreed. Gulberg is not livable so far. I just covered construction activities there.
I sold my plot 1 year ago in 18 lacs in P block. I guess prices have not soared after an year too

well. seems dealer aap ko chuna laga raha hai Call any random dealer and ask I want to buy plot there. you can get numbers from net.I personally visited gulberg few days ago and inquired from 4 dealers.
Dear.. I sold my P block 10 marla corner plot for 34 lacs 2 months back.. and i guess that was d peak value at that time for 10 marla in P block.. coz i had a complete survey and many dealers negotiated with me.. may b it raised few bucks more but i dont think there is mch hike in prices.
Guys kindly share contact numbers of 2-3 property dealers having good repute n dealing mosts in gulberg plots.
