Sir if u would ask me then i would recommend u to go Get Smart GYm which ws in bhadurabad bt now it has been shifted to Tariq road opposite shalimar center on the mezzanine floor of Habib banh,one of the best gym i guess bcz instructor there is very well informed nd as my fellow pakwheelers were suggesting abt other gyms such as falcon nd all with all due respect to them they r crap bcz i had my own personal experience with these gyms as i ws heavy nd weighed 100kgs bt within a time span of just 6 months i reduced 35kgs jz bcz of the instructor,they not all only train u bt giv u diet charts accordingly so that u can simply look awesome,i can mail u my pics jz for proof that im not talkin crap bt tallkin genuiley !

well i went to afzal/habib gym at tariq road behind rabi centre...and belive me i gained abt 3kgs in 2 months,main reason was that the instructor is very well informed n he instructed me quite well

now i m thinkin of going to gym beside medicare hospital after my examz r over , if any pakwheeler is goin to that gym plz tell me

have u guys seen dolman mall ? after tht comes karachi lab or sindh lab dunno the xact name ..... then the next building u will see a watch strore. tht is the falcon building. once u there u can ask anyone for the gym and he shall guide u . its on the first floor.

Go n get admission n GET SMART Gym its ok Mr. Sohail who is former Mr. Pakistan and Mr. Atif who is also Mr. Pakistan may b last year, he was un under training of Mr. Sohail
