I have both Haier & Gree splits, 1.5 ton Haier in my lounge & 1 ton Gree in my bedroom. Gree split is almost 4 seasons old yet it's still performing great. Haier is only two seasons old but not as good as Gree. So i would definitely go for Gree if buying a new split.

no comparison of window ac with split! window ac is the king! gree is a subsidiary of samsung electric company! dont know about gree vs hiare performance,i am using pel 1 tonn and its quiet good! nice cooling and very efficient use of electricity.
Go For Gree Or Mitsubishi. Better To Compare Them By Ur Own Self.

I bought Haier 1 ton 2 weeks ago, the shop wala advised me to go for Haier as its manufacturing locally and parts wont b a prob, and Gree is chinese. Gree is expensive then Haier in 1 ton range.
