the topic is very misleading. Its a carrera (345 hp)(0-60 in about 5 seconds) not a turbo (500 hp)( 0-60 in 2.98 seconds). Theres no way this evo can beat a turbo

just as example, heres salmans b18 turbo going with ali riaz's 911 turbo...

on a launch they were together where as on a roll salman was a good 2 cars ahead, video doesnt do justice...

and hashaams evo is near by the power if not more...given one of them crazy evo launches i suppose the 911 turbo doesnt stand a chance.

there are quite a few 911 turbos around, not only manshas son, i suppose some big fish can dig out some porsche owners in given days.

You are forgetting the videos you are referring to are not from Pakistan. We do not get the kind of quality octane, road etc you get abroad, so you can never expect the same numbers here. Khalid was holding a camera during that run. So comparing your vid to Khalids is not fair.

It is around 500whp. That is a rough estimate I got via a VD software which is used a lot by evo owners in USA.

you have a nice machine but porsche turbo wali baat hazam nahi hoti whatever is the case..first of all your car is modified,if some 911 turbo comes up with that much of extra stuff..you know its gonna be hard.

Stock 911 turbo won't be giving good gap to you.because of being stock & the fact that both cars are good in their own way! so i guess winning and loosing should not be the question.drive safe.and stay calm
