Neither the FWD variants of Tucson or Sportage are similarly equipped as the H6 HEV in Pakistan. Thus feature parity does not exist and thus price parity does not exist either.
From Tucson AWD HEV (features in Haval not present in Tucson AWD HEV, does not include features that are present in both but might differ in specs like size of HU etc.):
1. Leather Stitched & heated steering wheel
2. Heated Seats
3. Ventilated Seats
4. Memory Seats
5. Power Window Anti-pinch all windows (as opposed to FR in tucson FWD)
6. HUD
7. Auto hi-beam (it is in the FL H6)
8. Auto + Kick sensor Tailgate (manual tailgate in FWD)
9. 19in rims
10. Better torque and power specs
11. Autonomous parking
12. Autonomous Reverse
13. Voice Controls
14. Price: Tucson FWD -11,220,000 H6 HEV -11,749,000 = 529,000
From Sportage FWD HEV (features in Haval not present in Sportage FWD HEV, does not include features that are present in both but might differ in specs like size of HU etc.):
1. Ventilated Seats
2. Memory Seats
3. HUD
4. 19in rims
5. Better torque and power specs
6. Autonomous parking
7. Autonomous Reverse
8. Voice Controls
9. Price: Sportage FWD -11,599,000 H6 HEV -11,749,000 = 150,000
Depending on use case some of the features might or might not appeal to every one. I found HUD to be extremely useful in the H6 as it displays turn by turn navigation, call info, in addition to ADAS and speed etc. Ditto for ventilated seats. I have used autonomous driving features as a show off many times but they have limited utility (i used it at work and at the airport). Voice controls are extremely useful since there are few hardwired keys.
Since I do not have the FL Haval, but have had cars with memory seats, they can be a god-send if different people share the same car as drivers. Since this case does not apply to me now, it is a moot point, but when it did, memory seats are very very useful.
Compared to the Sportage with a diff of only 150,000/-, the advantages far outweigh the 150k difference; getting 19in wheels is likely to wipe out this difference.
Compared to the tucson, yes one can argue that the haval h6 is priced higher, and that is the great thing about choice. I am not sure how many would prefer the FWD tucson to the Haval, but i am sure there aren't going to be many; but the choice does exist.
