Currently, there are mutiple types of windscreen shades. Foil and umbrella type, choose the foil one ~ they are more effective, compared to other umbrella one. Also, there's another type ~ rolling shades, ignore em. There are other options aswell, polyester windscreen sun shades.
Just get the foil one, there are mutiple sizes medium & large. They are attached to the windscreen via suction cup
( provided with em ). All of them are portable and convenient.
1000% understandable, get the foils. Also, get a good top cover aswell ~ again, preferably a micro-fiber one. Always remember, these top covers - parachute or microfiber aren't 100% waterproof. They only protect your car from "light" rain. They do have a hydrophobic effect, but the water seaps through. As far as the microfiber top covers are concerned, the material is imported & the covers are made/stitched in pakistan. The ( imported material ) has a gsm rating of around 300-400 GSM. The parachutes one are 100% imported from china, and the material used in them is peva & cotton. Depends from which factory, these parachute top covers are being sourced from. Some factories use a different combination of materials. Parachute top covers have good heat resistant properties.
