This is a facelift, and isn't as big a cosmetic change as the facelift is in China, because it even retains the full-length taillight bar from the current version. This is good btw because I hated how the taillights looked in the Chinese facelift.
The article also doesn't go into details of what other tech upgrades would be in the interior side apart form the newer, larger screen and the new steering wheel. I remember Chinese market variant had added driver profiles (memory seats, other configuration) via face detection but there isn't any mention of that here.
