Theres a significant delay in the delivery of Haval Jolion HEV (Ayers Grey), which was booked with partial payment on May 30, 2024,. At the time of booking, I was assured that the vehicle would be delivered within three months.
Following this, I made the full payment on July 22, 2024, as requested. I was ensured that the delivery would proceed promptly based on the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle. However, despite my consistent follow-ups with Mr. Shoaib, a representative from Haval Experience Islamabad, I have been met with unhelpfulness and indifference. Mr. Shoaib initially assured me that the car would be delivered promptly 2 weeks ago. Since then, he persistently ignored my calls without any feedback, compelling me to visit the office in person on August 27, 2024.
Upon my visit, I was informed that the delay is attributed to Governmental issues causing delays at Sazgar Engineering. Why did they not inform of the delay when I kept on calling and why did they even ask for full payment of there was a delay.
Further i have been informed there is extended delay for Grey color.
Had Mr. Shoaib or any sales representative communicated this information earlier, I would have reconsidered my decision to book the car. Additionally, I would have refrained from selling my previous vehicle if I was made aware, saving myself from the inconvenience I’m facing right now.
This experience reflects a serious disregard for customer service and professionalism. The lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable.
I even lodged a formal complaint but to no avail. These companies and their employees have no remorse either and continue to point the blame at others.
