I know, i was inquiring about the procedure for making these lights and the cost

The procedure is simple. Remove the back part of the light make two holes in it, which is not as easy as it sounds, fix two projectors in there, cut from the front, insert the rings around the round lights. paint black from the front. Seal the front for ending up water proof. The guy in pesh charged me 1200 for the whole procedure.
