I have 1 kato 25 ton truck crane and a kobelco 20 ton crane. We r three brothers here in kuwait and the elder two operate them. Kato was bought recently. It has some instalments but earns enough to pay installments as well as salaries. Common job includes lifting construction materials on buildings, containers, caravans and concrete fill ups. Now we r planning to buy a skid loader. As increasing demand of sand on newly build houses for plaster.

In such cases i demand a bit extra then my normal charges. Let the middle man struggle for his comission as the clients also know market fare.

sir also look into IT.

if you have any enthusaistic team member - fresh graduates etc. rent a small office add cost of power backups. and use the peoples skill for earning on foreign projects.

IT is relatively level playing field. if you have talented staff you will win projects.

you have knowledge of textile factory, have u consider producing similar goods on a small scale? i know of one case making leather goods in one room on roof of his house. using net to sell them to us europe etc for good profit.

i ve experienced a software house i belive it is a good business i wid a friend started one almost 7 years ago and he took adv money from all clients and fled to china ..... aur meri PR bhi damage hoi... finding a perfect team wid u yourself not professional in that field is very very tough

That is not quite true,

I usually do not employ services of ISVs in Pakistan due to bad results over and again, most tardiness happens due to "political issues, energy crises, act of God etc" - the problem is that it happens too damn frequently in Pakistan. This is not a good return hence the vendors are dropped from project executions.

Then the process of Documentation is not upto par - the business analyst who is invited over usually needs google to help him out.
