If one has to go somewhere along with his kids, what would he do? He has a vespa and two kids waiting. If he was driving carefully, he didn't have any other mean. Look at the size of that man. The kid could never sit behind and grab his torso. Also, vespas are wider. An average adult finds it difficult to put his legs around the circumference so it was the best available option to stand behind and grab him like this. Only if he was speeding or riding in a zig zag fashion, it would be deemed more dangerous.
I don't like to risk little kids in a public transport van/bus where they drive like crazies and I might not be able to always afford a rickshaw.
And what is with criticizing Pakistanis all the times. These things are done almost all around the world. Why don't we then arrange meetings at a mohalla level where we should educate people about things that are generally done wrong? We have a habit to cram these sentences, Pakistanion ko kabhi samajh nahi aayegi, Pakistani hotey hee aise hain, Pakistani ignorant hain and so on. It is the same tone as those white people call us bloody pakis.
