Was it working before?
If yes then have you disconnected the battery for any reason?

This was working before. Then I haven't started it at least from a week then my car was not starting so I disconnected it's battery and connected another battery so now my car is working. But its tv is not working.

Which city are you from?
The TV don’t work now because you have disconnected the battery and the software reset took place
You have to now get the software installed/rooted again
It will be preferable if you buy SD card with software/root/patch for your multimedia player so that next time this never happens

You may check some threads on pakwheels where members have shared the softwares, you can also try your luck by posting the exact serial of headunit

Best option is to go and buy an SD card for the player
This will give you the utmost peace of mind
