BTW pakwheels offers an inspection of used cars service, I think its like 1500rs or something and they will send a team to the place and check the vehicle in front of you and give a summary about engine paint etc (if its repainted etc).
So if you are finalizing a deal and don't have any expert friend or mechanic I think the 1500 rs fees justifies itself if it avoids you getting a bad deal.
and definitely, for village driving don't even think about civic, civic is a pleasure to drive in isb , smooth and stable, but even here on isb expressway there are some rough patches after Qaral and civic hates life on those little bumps...
Might I suggest a new top of the line BRV , fits perfectly in your budget, has better ground Clearence than a rolla, cvt +1.5 engine (Same as city)..... it isn't too pretty but gets the job done , plus it will be new too and in warrenty
