1,Leather seats are not introduced by Honda in this model,no matter seller is your neighbor but is this a plus point to you,does every one or you have bought all your rides from those who are known to you,75k driven is a hell of mileage for these local cars whats the charm in driving it only in documents you'll be up step on 03 yrs but your existing ride must have been up to your desire if compared,so leave it.
2,A car that is 38k driven (if genuinely) is much better then one 75k driven, so just give it a thought if you are ready to drive a manual transmission try to get the price down as much you can may be in between 1.45 M to 1.5M.
3,The best option as suggested you'll not have to worry about any thing only draw back will be the basic model without Sunroof,Air Bags but if you feel comfortable in driving it then nothing like it,get it and for next 3 yrs enjoy a hassle free or thought free ride but if you can manage go for a new oriel(only if you want manual tranny.
Above the all the price idea i wont pay for the both above mentioned vehicles more then 1.45M if i have to decide,coz every one here even after i wont say using i will say abusing the car for three years and charging you for every thing they have paid even seat covers,registration,oil,filters and every dime the have spend on it,
So decide your self but my suggestion is go for the third option.
