Bahi if you current engine is good, which it feels from your statement, than I suggest you to keep it. With the assumption that you dont need to travel with 5+3 passengers frequently.
I think your high speed butterfly is not opening of carb as it is the main culpurit in any carby car

Awsum condition
Get your AC compressor checked and relevant belt and bearing assembly. there might be a faulty bearing causing the load or compressor might need a service or oil after so many years of working.
Very good Condition. U can get good resale price so dont ever think of Engine swap. Just remove these 3 craps and make it Original condition
