seems more like a poorley tuned engine ,120kph even with 5 passengers should not be a problem for this car

Get your AC compressor checked and relevant belt and bearing assembly. there might be a faulty bearing causing the load or compressor might need a service or oil after so many years of working.
Very good Condition. U can get good resale price so dont ever think of Engine swap. Just remove these 3 craps and make it Original condition
