Tried 100/90 watt Japanese h4 eith upgraded wires and Japanese relays
tried Philips xtremevison h4 with upgraded wires and relays
tried 55 watt hid with normal housing and it's s*cks

that area you are trying to install lights into is the louvre grille for the radiator/condenser, why are you trying to stop air from reaching them? If you have vision problems in the dark then instead of making your car rival the sun visit an optician or get antiglare glasses for driving at night.

I am already using anti glare glasses but you know jitna Bhi acha glass keyon na ho.... Naked eye naked eye hi hoti hai jani.....

Salam. By looking at your problem i think the best possible solution is to get Morimoto Bixenon projectors. These will not ruin your car looks by installing extra lights. It will enhance the looks and definetely more brighter and even output on road. These are entirely plug and play(no alteration to anything even wiring) Its a proper way of using HIDs.

Better idea is exchange your routine fog lights with hid, so when you need keep on hid's other wise you have normal yellow beam lights already.

I just want to mention that apart from adding good lights, you should have your eye sight checked, sometimes there are chances of improvement with minor numbers... You might be missing this aspect....
