Better idea is exchange your routine fog lights with hid, so when you need keep on hid's other wise you have normal yellow beam lights already.
I just want to mention that apart from adding good lights, you should have your eye sight checked, sometimes there are chances of improvement with minor numbers... You might be missing this aspect....
