You will spend most of your time on the road. 3 Nights 4 Days will be too hectic for any of the above option. Better increase number of days.
Option 3 doesn't make sense as both are on different routes plus Astore itself is not worth it.
You can either do option 1 or option 2, but in option 2, its better to leave Naltar and go straight to Hunza.
When you are planning to go? as more traffic these days due to holidays and peak season and driving times have increased considerably. Maybe after this weekend rush will reduce.
