Help with rpm learning corolla grande 2018

I need help from experts actually i use to clean butterfly of my grande FL and that mechanic doesn’t have scanner and no any mechanic in my town has knowledge about how to calibrate throttle or anything
And there is no toyota 3s in my city
my throttle needs cleaning in every 2 to 3 months
Can someone guide me which device nd which thing to buy so i can do it myself
I have read about techstream in various threads
What things are required for techstream like cable ? Software ?

ECU will adjust itself after 50km of drive. It does not require any learning procedure.

instead of fiddling with throttle body
use good quality air cleaner and use a blower to clean it frequently

after throttle service of my passo rpm wasnt coming down. eventually i disconnected -ve terminal and left it for few mins and reconnected. everything returned back to normal

Bro my initial issue is not this throttle cleaning , my main objection is Ecu nd laptop connectuon , software
