It's 1.0L. I got 5W-40 yesterday, but replaced it with Kixx 0W-20 today . The fuel consumption has improved from 12 KM/L to 16 KM/L.

I see many people here complaining about hot weather conditions. I intend to contact Toyota Japan for their input on this. I'll also update on 0W-20's performance and anything that I can notice. Can you tell me what things to note to see how the engine oil is affecting the engine's performance? I'll keep a log book to notice any changes.

every user manual have such table, written by oem. so if user can understand the table, user can use whatever atmospheric conditions the vehicle fits into.

if user's wisdom is clue less, it is not the fault of vehicle OEM.

remove tyres and run engine as you wish under any condition .... how about putting engine on a generator and run on 0w-15
