may be they are expensive for a reason.. I commented on this thread a while ago ... later on I did some research and found that same bikes with 250cc 4Valve engine cost 70k in total and 50k duties customs and all other stuff marking it upto 130k and class and category was "B"
For "A" class brand level Quality the most competitive price I found was 120k for a 250 cc 4 valve Unit and 50k other taxes/custom and charges.
(Chinese but comparable in quality and tech)for CRF250 Replica price tag was as high as 200k per unit and 50k taxes and charges untill arriving to lahore.
So the price explains well whats inside.. I didnt bothered to inquire about C, and "D" class models, but I did hear from few vendors that I can even source same A class ride in D class for 40k 
so you can imagine ....
