Meguiars Ultimate Wash n Wax and NXT are both good shampoos. NXT gives more value due to slightly more quantity. But if you are seriously considering it as a long term hobby then get a gallon packing shampoo from Nanoskin from @ahmad_yar. The larger quantities go a long way and can be diluted to your taste and requirements.
As a general rule, any wax from a reputable company over Rs.1500/- should be a good wax. But here's the catch. Wax is a protection and there are two basic types. The natural Carnauba Wax and the synthetic polymers based wax. Both offer good protection, shine however, the latter lasts slightly longer than the Carnauba whereas the Carnauba gives the depth/warmth and shine like no other. So its your call. In either case, dont expect the mainstream waxes from Meguairs, Mothers, Sonax or Turtle to last beyond max 3 weeks if applied correctly. If applied regularly then they could last to two months tops depending upon the condition of paint/surface of the car and the kind of detailing you do.
Meguairs Ultimate Paste Wax gives best bang for the buck. I suggest you opt for a good sealant too.
