using hi-octane in ur bike will neither do any good nor will harm ur engine.
basically as said my many other if the compression ratios of engine is high only them hi-octane is used as it does not ignite under high pressure w/o spark.
bottom line: use it if u dun like to have a mcdonalds from the money that u will savin by not usin it.

Specific RON octane values are recommended for cars..Same is appiled on bikes..Check your manual for recommended octane rating..Or buy a bigger displacement bike

You mean in 8 litres of Regular Petrol you have to mix 1 litre of Hi Octane ?
