Baleno JXR/JXL 2002-2005 was their best selling model, many people preferred it over corolla and city of that time due to features and fuel economy.

I don't know why PS stopped it in 2005.

there is probability that engine has been swapped in 1300 version of 98 baleno with g15 (1500cc), which also has distributor like g16 and g10.

JXL had powered and body colored sidemirrors, body colored door handles, brake light integrated spoiler, powered antenna, fog lights, alloy wheels and rear seat belts. JXR didn't have these.
