hi guys sorry for being unconnected for long due to exams
i have tried liqi moly but unfortunatley after completing 1400 km on it i have started facing heating issues but even then i continue its use for next 300 km and replaced the full of it with shell ax3 even now once i have completed approx 800 km nad have got my bike tuned twice by mechanic i am facing the issue of heating. Whenever i twist my bike's trottle above 60 the left side where the gear leaver is placed its start burning .i started facing this months before the lahore's temp rose to 50 degree.

So what could be the reason oil pump?
oil filter?
or what ?
mechanic said sir tension na lein oil pump bund ho to engine cease ho jata hai and i was like salay to meray engine cease ka intzar kary ga ?

I have become Sick of these so called mechanic & USTAAD log :mad:
much better we learn these maintenance & try to do ourself with proper method
Damn these ******* are playing with our thousand rupees machines
from last month these USTAAD log have made me crazy

Zubair bhai its very hot these days we feel very hot air all over body
bro heat right side engine cover zyaada hota hai where clutch plates are installed
ya phir Zubair bhai i highly doubt these mechanics have ruined valve setting of your bike
thats why its getting hot quicker i am having similar kinda issue in my bike too
ya toh yeh USTAAD log vavle zyaada tight kardeti hai which really effect whole run of bike
bike feels heavy & getting hot alot ya phir yeh valve buhat loose kardeti hai
bike sounds like as engine is dead sound like bike requires engine work
What a default valve setting it was from company bike used to sound very sweet
little kit kit valve sound & bike used to run very smooth vibration free

Zubair Bhai, Please don't be worry and PM me your cell no. so that the bike could be properly examined from my Honda Mechanic. Secondly, I hope it's the issue of Valve adjustment and it's only be the possible reason for engine heatup.

Now my question is how much you drive the bike in a day? And after how many Kms it got heat at the level where you can feel it easily?

Amjad Bhai, mera experience 15w-40 k barey mein bohat accha raha hai. Mein ne not ekiya hai k Engine feel smooth and no issue of sounds.

Baqi yeh mechanic to apni marzi se jo marzi ker dein, leikin insan ko khud bhi kafi kuch maloom hona chahiyey to he aaj kal k dor mein bike chala sakta hai.

Sir garmiyon main engine bhut zyada garam hoti hai..thats why i would recommend a thicker lube just garmiyan guzar jain wapis 2040 pay a jain

I believe the things are complicated. I had adjusted my bike's tappet last time with feeler gauge.Even though if the mechanic fails to do that so it means its time to switch the mechanic.But even for this we need to do something.

Amjad Bhai, I think I am the most satisfied person about my Pridor.
It has driven 8500Kms uptill now.
The last oil changed was recommended by an expert was KIXX 4T 20W-50.
It costed Rs.480/Liter bottle.
The important point the expert told me is that always use the Yellow color oil for Pridor's engine and
don't use Red or Green oil for it as these oils have high carbon which deposits in engine and that causes the engine failure.

I felt Kixx 4T fine but not more than that of Shell AX5 15W-50. When Last time I used Shell AX5 15W-50; the sound of Pridor felt very crispy and the engine's starting and load on kick as well as speed of engine was very very good.
Now on the next oil change hopefully I will again use Shell AX5 15W-50.

Brother, my experience with Pridor is very good as compared to my previous bike YAMA 4 Stroke.

Yes Racer Its very good bike
Yaar appki pridor aur mere saath saath chal rahe hai mine now at 8200kms

i have have tried different oil too last time i gave try to Dyl 20w50
well enki packing toh achi hai there is nice seal on Bottle cap
its hot thats why gave chance to 20w50
but bro honestly speaking not satisfied with 20w50 DYl
woh engine mein mazza nahein tha bike heavy mehsoos ho rahe thi
enki oil ki quality achi lagte hai mujhe bus i guess pridor ko suit nahein kiya DYl 20w50

So now again back to Castrol Go 20w40
This oil lubricates engine well & its pure yellow in color
specification meets AHl recommended

Bro yeah you should the oil in which you think bikes performed well
so i will suggest go back to 15w40 Shell Ax5

Yesterday i saw castrol active in 20w50 Grade
This Oil was 20w40 I think its because they have launched Castrol Go 20w40
So may be thats they are giving another grade option for 70cc Active 20w50
Kaashi they also launch an 20w40 oil in 1lt pack too
as far as i know i think 1lt is only available in 20w50 which is Gtx

but bro i have no problem with AHl its works very good
par yaar maine suna hai AHl oil mein fake buhat hai
waise mujhe kabhi bhi trouble nahein kiya AHl oil ne it performs well

ufff bhai aap logon nay itnay oil kay naam lay liyay keh it has become confusing now. so whats the verdict. please name ONE engine oil which is best for the Pridor. simple. tajrubayy tau aap nay kar liyay, humein please result bataa dein

PS : i m currently on AHL. bike is absolutey going fine, no problem at all. still, if there is any better which u guys recommend, please lemme know
