I have a question, Do U experience a sort of "katak" sound when shifting from first to second gear when on road?
the noise particularly occurs at shifting from first to second gear... does anyone else also experience it?

Yes It does make noise
Go to good honda mechanic get the chain & clutch settings corrected

Yes you are right, it happens when the drive chain is loose and not compatible with clutch adjustment.
Amjad bhai has told very correct solution for it.

Exactly, brother I agree with you. Actually its the matter of care of your bike and how much you are sensitive about it. When we have these two things only then we may able to get rid of such like minor issues in our bikes.

Amjad Bhai, I have examined my Pridor's tyres and found that both tyres were of 6Ply but the specs on HONDA websitesay different story. Whats your opinion if the both 6PR tyres are used in one bike?

because its general in all bikes
I have gotten my Pridor chain adjusted only
as it was making very bad little noise as tir tir tir
first i got tensed i thought sound is coming from engine
it was producing sound as bike start to move or even stop
went to mechanic he said chain is alot loose after chain settings it no more produce sound
still have not gotten clutch settings adjusted yet
but i think after clutch adjustment that little higher sound in 2nd gear would vanish
first pridor was distrubing in grear shifting
now it is not i have become set on its clutch now
i was feeling trouble as i had deluxe and its clutch lever is pretty long
In pridor you just need to pull clutch lever little & it would shift gear very smooth
and by doing this you won't hear katak sound in second gear also

bro thats quite unusual thing even in pridors manual front tyre is written 4PR
Deluxe front tyre was also 4PR & i saw some indian bikes specification there front is also 4PR
I replaced the stock pridor tyre as it was feeling bumpy to me
now this could be becuase of this or may be i have become use to of service turbo tyre
Service Turbo tyre always seems & looks good to me better than stock tyre that comes with deluxe & pridor
According to Gul bhai knowledge he says 6PR is tough so it would be bumpy front should be 4PR
And this feels right to me I Agree

Yes, brother its your good experience to share that we the owners of pridor just need to pull clutch lever little & it would shift gear very smooth and by doing this one would not hear katak sound in second gear also.

Secondly, is Serivs Turbo tyre available in 4PR?

Service Turbo Tyre is 4PR the one which i have is 4PR
Although on specification @ service website it is I guess mention 6PR
and specification sticker which was above on tyre packing there is it was also 6PR
but after torn off packing actually its 4PR tyre

Bought it from hyderabad & stock tyre is resting home
will sell it if some one give me good offer
