you are paying 60k and hence expect and good job from painter,
Get all the rubber,locks,plates removed which are or roof or body,You will not get the quality finish with that masking unless you remove them and get the car painted without them.
Use good paint ,Go with the painter when you are buying the paint.paint. Sikken is a good brand but there are many others some one else might be able to guide,
Get the color code of the paint and get the paint of exact code .
Make sure before he is painting tell him that there shall be no waves,dhalkeen,dripping paint,bubbels .If any of those things come up its his responsibility to sort it out.If before he paints there is moisture in paint after 2-3 months bubbles will start to form.
Remove the tires and give him the rims to paint as well
