That's true. Honda service centers in Karachi really don't know how to treat the customers. In fact due to overcrowding all the time, they try their best to avoid the customer by saying " aap esa karain next Monday ko aa k car dikhayen, abhi bohat rush hay aap ko wait karna paray ga". And this is what they always say no matter which day I go to them. Even when they attend you, it looks like they are giving you a huge favor by listening to your issue and asking a mechanic to fix it.
Don't know about Toyota centers as never had a Toyota, but if what you said is true, then I'm thinking to convert. I thought this is the norm in all service centers that they just don't care about the customer and you have to run after the guys there all the time.
