No need of getting it from Honda. The price difference is huge.

Thanks for the detailed comparison. The difference is much clearer now. I also see that Honda Pakistan has a photo for the Modulo package. While I think most of the stuff is available after-market, the Running Board is sorta different. How are these after market parts installed on the vehicle? Would they have to make cuts and all? :-/ or its easy install? i.e. slots already present? I'd hate to hand over a brand new BR-V to the local "decoration walas" who are not known for taking this easy and carefully...

That Running Board like SUVs... while it looks good in photos, have you seen any BR-V with that installed?

You can get that kind of running/foot board as well. I personally liked the other one therefore got it.

For the price Honda is giving the kit, you can get the kit from market, get it registered, get new tyres and get insurance.

Putting it is not that difficult. You remove the OEM panels and install new panels/lips on their places using same screws etc. Spoiler is fixed using double tape. Getting the work done from market isn't harmful if you get it done from the right person.

My first post
1-I am going to buy one tomorrow. Silver MT. Could you kindly guide regarding place for modulo kit, navigation android kit/reverse camera kit , where to get the exact size mats etc, centre arm rest.
2-I have been researching for a month and came to conclusion that this is the best buy in this budget. Also Honda is refunding back registration and advance filer tax. So the final cost for a zero meter with zero waiting would come about 2187500 pkr. Find me a 7 seater in this price in 2019, with 1.5 ivtec engine.... wink wink.

Price:
1-I have bought the silver MT BRV from Honda I/10 islamabad. Price paid 2297500/- . I am told that registration shall be refunded and that I am also eligible for tax return of 50k.
2- After bit of research Islamabad comes out to be the cheapest for tokens. Was going to register it from islamabad in the first place. But for those viewers who keep price in mind... shall update once I get that done.
3- it is basic MT version. I plan to install seat covers, Android ATOTO premium Indash navigation multimedia stereo(dashcam and reverse cam included in that),to be ordered from amazon US. But after reading somewhere in PakWheels that it voids the warranty? Need guidance on that bit.
Drive:
1- I have driven/kept altis 1.6 AT 2015, 1.3 xli 2017, Prius 2015 (in recent past:2017/todate). To compare BRV with either would not be doing any justice. The simple reason being “utility”
2- i filled the car tank 40litres. Packed the MPV with 05 adults(including driver)-04 children(less than age 6) and went for drive. Route was I/10—>IJP—>Murree road—>constitution avenue—>Margalla road—-> 9th Avenue—>Kashmir Highway...
I would appreciate one thing that unlike the previous practice of taking 02 cars all were adjusted in ONE and NONE complained after the maiden ride. The manoeuvrability is nice. Unlike the normal Pakistani tendency, I drive in upper gears so the ECO lamp was constantly on.
3- one drawback, I considered was the lack of any visibility with driver seat door panel in the night.
4- after first day I can only suggest that it is TRUE value for money.

Just got fog lamps, Stereo navigation system with front and reverse camera installed from saddar pindi from Ali electronics. Very reasonable prices and good customer service. Every thing mentioned done for 28000 pkr including installations...

I don't understand how to people drive when they claim that the average is around 9 to 10 kms.

Average over approx 5000 Kms. This includes mostly local driving in Isb/Rwp, Trip to Peshawar on Motorway, Trip to Sialkot on GT, Trip to Azad Kashmir.

I think its the fact that most people just push the CVT like normal Auto. I have Toyota with CVT and its all good as long as you don't push the RPMs above 2-2.2k and acceleration needs to be smooth not sudden.

Also, how accurate/close is the Odo Average to Tank Full method?

Is it the proper Honda camera with correct fitting or the Chinese ones where its just put up on rear or front anywhere and looks out of place.

@istafa111 Saw a BRV with huge looking rims and tyres. It looked a completely different car, more SUV like. Can latest gen Civic rim and tyres go on BRV?

BRV seems to be 195/60/R16
Civic seems to be 215/55/R16 (Wider tyre and perhaps rim too?)
