AOA, this is Cool rider. I would like to thanks of all Pak wheelers buddies for help and support I want to share some lines based on my recent experience about CB150F.
I have almost driven 20,000Km. My longest ride experience is Kumrat valley Tour (kala Chashma, jaha banda, Katora lake, Badhgoi top almost) visited 2 months back on doubling with 3 CBF and 1 GR and 1 deluxe and 1 CG. Around 2000km continuous driven with short stays. This tour was not only a tour it was test of my CBF. (these roads more tough then naran kagan and neelam valley so dont take it easy) climbed more than 11,558ft height with off riding on doubling in low oxygen atmosphere, and CB performed well without any missing issue, as compared to previously on deluxe I had experienced missing issue specially in northern areas. No heating issue found as cg and deluxe dropped some performance after long ride. Engine stopping power and brakes worked well. but another side one of our group rider on GR faced bad experience during ( way kumrat to badhgoi pass ) due to missing and heating issue bike lost the power of engine, that's why bike required frequently shorts stay for cool down engine, also GR skid too much (he has installed Ralco 110-90-18).
In CB only I have found issue in rear tyre grip because i have changed tyre with 110-90-18 Shinko... In city it performed well but during tour I have found it worst tyre ever. it slipped too much during zic zac. One of our CB rider installed panther tracker 100-90-18 and it gave outstanding grip (highly recommended panther tracker 100-90-18) for touring. (I am also planning to switch on this tyre)
In 20,000km i have just changed front shocks seals it cost me 900 rupees with installation.
1: Replaced CB sprocket set with chain at 17000km. Due to my negligence I have not tightened the loosed chain for the long time (due to my busy routine) and one day during ride it was removed from rear sprocket, sucked in hub and damaged chain it cost me around 4500. So my advice to all riders please adjust chain immediately whenever u observe it's loose it will not only save money will also save u while driving.
2: Chain cover should be in plastic instead of metal it produce khatak khatak noise on jerks when chain is loose. I don't like this noise... please someone suggest if you have any solution how to get rid of it.
3:I feel rear shocks are stiffy and harder, But becomes softer if rider and passenger sit together ( i have set position on point 2 (softer side). Please suggest if you have any solution of it.
4: I have used liqui moly 10-40 and bike reduced the oil after 900Km mileage also engine produced unusual noise even on cold start so I have switched back again to original Honda oil and problem solved. Please suggest oil based only on your honest experience ?
