From comfort perspective in Pakistan:
YBR125G's seat needs cushioning but suspension is soft
CB150F's Seat is more comfortable but shocks are hard.
I think anyone can add cushioning but changing shocks isn't easy.
You definitely feel the extra weight of both bikes when moving them front and back with your feet but other than that, both are easy to ride.
All parts of YBR are easily available at dealerships and prices are reasonable as all 3 models of YBR mostly share same parts.
CB150F's parts have to be ordered at showroom as it is not their cash cow nor shares any parts with other bikes.
Quality wise: Paint, plastics and overall finishing of CB150F's is definitely better.
Yamaha's quality is in tighter tolerances, tighter screws, overall solid but halogen bulbs are low quality, you will definitely replace a bulb or two in first 1000km, will be fine after that.
by solid I mean that I have rode both bikes on rough roads and Honda had vibration noise from headlight cowl and frame like this bike is suitable if you live in Islamabad or Societies with well maintained roads.
Only noise coming from yamaha was because of unsecured toolkit.
Clutch cable issue: It isn't an issue really, instead of getting under the bike to adjust clutch, you can do it by removing the rubber on clutch lever underneath which there are 2 screws (one to adjust and other to hold setting in place). If you over tighten it and then pull the clutch lever to check play, it will definitely break. It isn't an issue, just its adjustment procedure is different that you can watch on youtube for similar mechanism or ask yamaha mechanic to show it to you.
You should also consider CB125F in which other than balancer 150cc (but actually lower but smoother power delivery) engine, you aren't missing on much when you factor in the money being saved.
If I was going to buy a bike in over 2 lac range with difficult parts availability, I'd prefer Derbi over CB150F, I have only had a short ride (5-600 meters) as a pillion but I'm sold on quality and looks.
