brother nuts of head are tight?
next time you open to replace the seal, ask the mechanic that use glue and clean the head and cylinder correctly.
then update if problem still comes

Each and every thing was tested by the laith worker and according to him every thing is under spec.. Bolts are tight.. Some thing feels fishy with head ro cylinder to me.

The first time when this issue started the seals were replace with new ones without using any material on seals.
Second time silicone was used but using silicone was worst experience.
Third time some sort of glue was used but again the same problem arrived.

Now i m thinking of getting a new cylinder as the old one i think has completed its life.

Actually the top end has been rebuilt 4 times till now. The bike is producing problems from the time when sleeve was added in the cylinder. And when i shifted to the stock piston that only lasted me a few thousand km 20-21k i guess.. And then top end was rebuild completely again with new timing chain, valves, etc. And a 0.5 piston. It has covered some 2000 km till now and i have changed the seals thrice in this period thats why i have a doubt on cylinder.

If seleve was added then scrape the chamber I would say as the changing seleve is 99.99% done wrong in pak its added with dry icing which is very expensive you could expect 5-6k for that and buying a new one is more economical than that

if there's a problem in breather pipe or engine is heating up then seals leak

I think getting a new cylinder from AHL would be worth its price then.. I will surely do this when this time enginen is opened and will post the result here. Thank'u very much to all for your cooperation.

Did the work today. Bought a new cylinder, piston and complete gasket set.
Mechanic said me to complete 500km running and report for any leakages again.
I have just covered some 40 km after the work bike is more performing like a new one.
Will post about the issue after running it for some more km. Hope that now i will not face any problem regarding oil seepage.

I have covered 500+ kms after the head work and so far no leakage issues found..
