Honda CG 125 2017 Gear Noise and top speed issue

Assalam o alaikum brothers...
I have 2017 model bought in April End..but i have a little problem about this bike.need some info about its top speed and the sound came after putting gear...

KRITCH sound came after releasing the clutch while putting gear when its a little bit hot...
And the other one is, its speed is not more than 95kmph or 100kmph with accelarator lock ...otber bikes cross me after 90kmph..it means after 90kmph bike is having problem to go more fast...

That kritch is the manufacturer fault.
Speed is normal cg125 doesn't go more then 95~100km/h
