Truly said ............ This type of incident (i.e. Head on collision with another bike) happened to me, When i'm driving my bike Suzuki sprinter eco 2014 with at least 90km/hr on a bumpy road (yes due to very good handling and shock absorbers of suzuki's bike, you can drive it at this speed) .With the grace of almighty Allah, I got only a Abrasion (without any blood) on Hand only. Hence this is true for all suzuki bikes not only for GS 150.
Newton's 2nd law " F=ma " is applied in this case as bending of front rim and shocks decelerate the bike and influence of force (here collisional) is reduced. Moreover I think more height and bending of Handle bar saves the hands of rider too.
