My deluxe 2012 when tunned for performance easily goes upto 115km/h as shown on gps and on meter its 118km/h but fuel avg drops to 33-34kmpl but on default setting its top speed is around 100kmph and avg is around 44kmpl on speed between 60-70kmph.

Let me share my experience with deluxe:
last sunday did a breakfast ride with buddies to Gujranwala. there were 4 GS, 1 YBR G and 1 dlx. all were 2014,15 models(mine was 2013).So when all bikes were on "F&F" mode and on around 115 km/h maintained speed, i noticed only dlx was struggling to join other bikes. even YBR G performed superbly. this 125cc engine even with 100/90 18 tyre was happily accompanying GS 150's.
Bikes ka sahi pata hi highway pe chalta ha. CG (classic or dlx) is not able to maintain these speed on highways) no offense to CG and dlx fans.

GS 150 isko tu apne 125 wali list main laayin he na 150 likha howa daikh sakte hain ap aur dosra ye k bhai koi bike 200km/h ki speed bhi mar lay tu kia hai hum ne ye daikhna hai k jo cheez hum lay rahe hain uske spare parts bhi mil sakte hain ya idher udher dhkay khanay parhanin ge iske liye aur phir ye k koi usay repair bhi ker paye ga k nahi aur ye k speed maar ker ager hum ne kia kerna hai zaroori nahi k bike pe family ya friends ko bitha ker speed marna he driver hone ki nishani hai meri nazer main tu ye sub batain bayqaar hain kyon k acha bike ya car ho jo nazer aaye chlay achay apko kharab na kere ye nahi k her car se bike se aagay he niqalnay wala bike ya car he best hai aur ye k honda ya koi bhi company kubhi bhi kisi bhi shehs ko zaberdast bike nahi thamati jo koi jitna afford ker sakta hai jis bike ko jis brand ko behter smjhta hai wohi uske liye dodge viper hoti hai laazmi nahi k her insaan ager gaadhi lay tu prado he lay FX aur suzuki mehran bhi logo k loye he buni hain so jisay jo acha lay wo lay

Well, friends...IMO HONDA is also responsible equally with AHL. They (HONDA) must realize that their new/latest technology bikes are available in Pakistan's neighboring countries, so why not in Pakistan? They are 100% aware of situation of Pakistan's motor cycle industry. I don't know whats the science behind this, and what feed back they are getting from AHL, but if AHL & Honda fails to present latest tech motorcycles in Pakistan in near future...they will see decline in sales eventually. Bcz, other competitors in the market are also monitoring the situation, and they will take advantage and definitely improve their Customer Services, Sales/Service Centers and parts availability.

Well, it depends on 'How the Bike is maintained', may be the struggling one 'DLX' was lacking power due to some maintenance issue, quality of fuel, spark plug, air filter etc...cz i have witnessed 'DLX' making 110 km/h very easily with a quarter of throttle still in hand.

brothers i owned 3 deluxe 2014 to 2016....to be honest my experience on speed of Deluxe was not good... the best top speed i got was 100 kph with so much struggle new spark plug tuning oil change etc etc... so its true its not a speed bike but suspension and comport wise its up to mark braking system is good...but handling is worst...its my own experience.

Honda ki dithai ko slam ybr ne deluxe flop kr di sale almost none phir bhi ahl ne new sticker bike nikal di. Sorry I can't say new model just because sticker change. It's just new sticker bike.
