No Gearbox issue no knocking mine deluxe used to vibrate alot after 80km/h
specially at 90km/h

No knocking/gearbox issue on my Deluxe too. Very smooth gear shifts.
Vibrations are there especially at high speeds. It's a shame, a bike meant for comfort/touring equipped with disc brake, but vibrates voilently at high speeds which kind of kills the point.

@amjad635 mashallah sir v.good bike u brought and glad to know also as there is no problem with its light focus on road also plz update about its fuel economy at 40-50kms speeds

well i didn't keep Deluxe for long, but it was around 40Km/lit for me in mixed daily use.
Same as my GS.
Though cruising at 60-80Km/h, i would expect 45+.

when i had Deluxe, it was more like 40Km in 110 rupee.
And if you go throttle crazy, you'll be lucky to get even 35.

Thanks brother, light is good but if even brighter bulb is installed experience can further improve
focus of light on road is very good the way it spreads on road you see road clear

Saeed aapko toh pata hai achi light hai focus acha hai par kaash atlas waali bhi
ab barhi battery de aur light ko direct battery par set kare jaise suzuki motorcycles mein hota hai

Guys is this rubber seal available at shops for CG125
its not rightly installed is coming off this can be re installed
but what if its torn or destroyed and i think its necessary to rightly
place it on its place as if its not in right position it may allow dust
and will make filter dirty quicker

filter system in pridor is better than this its same foam filter
but filter is easy to access its also easy in cg too infact has just
two bolts but i am not liking this rubber seal and way of access
to filter in cg its not as convenient as in pridor

and i hate foam filters maintenance free filters are much better clean them with air
or just replace them if life is complete

this does not seem to me working solution its rather temporary
i was noticing a voice at top speeds i thought its engine noise but seems
to be noise coming from front of bike from headlight i am noticing noise
when i am taking engine to higher rpms or when i drag bike in gears its
not engine sound it seems visor sound

as the noise is not noticeable in slow or normal driving thus i am no hurrying
but will do what Farhansa brother did to get ride of this sound from his bike

Did little vinyl work
To further enhance beauty of already attractive headlight of bike
chrome vinyl on black visor & added one more line bottom portion
of visor

just sharing an incident "it made me really laugh"
in city a mature men came near my cg dream was starring it he asked whose bike is this i replied
its mine he asked is it honda i said yes he asked whats top speed i said its 100km/h than
he asked whats difference between this and old cg125 i said engine is same in both bikes
but this one is latest comfortable new seat new shocks etc he said its good looking than asked what is current
price of cg classic i said its 10,2500 he said acha than he asked for cg dream price i said 10,5000 (though
actually its 10,5900) he shouted "ITNI MEHANGI KIYA HAI ES MEIN JO ITNI MEHANGI"
