Honda cg125 SOUND QUALITY problem

hahaha her honda 125 waley ki same kahani .my dad bought new 125 in jan for my bro now my brother iz gone to uk n i m driving it per new bike wala sound nahi raha n my father blamed me that it iz becz of my driving .meray bike ki awaz bhi kharab ho gye hai

My honda cg125 2011 model 27256 km runned and i had repaired my head like changed ring piston, camshaft ,rocker pin ,arm and clutch plates and pressure plates with hosing and i,m using caltex havoline 20w50 API SG grade and my head making noise of loosen of tappet but when i tunned it then after my bike getting hot it making noise tick tick. so please guide me what should i do reply here. thank you
