Storm just seems like a khachar, a combination of a copied engine of cg-125 and height and shape of a sports motorcycle. I think its a best combination and a win-win situation for this khachar bike. is Khachar ko beshak murree lay jao aur beshak gt-road par it performs equal. :D.
I vote for Ravi Piaggio Storm as a winner. Both cg-125 and Unazuma 250 cant stand against it, because its a cross of both breeds and will surely be better.

U forgot to mention that although inazuma comes with a silently humming muffler, the one on CG offers an amazing loud sound that gives the rider a (false) feel that hez riding some huge 1000cc cruiser
