Freight Charges = 4,000 ( For Lahore) I don't know what is your city so, add it according to your city.
WHT = 30,000 for filler and 40,000 for non filler

Total you have to pay at time of booking = 1672000 for filler and 1682000 for non filler.

You are filler. If you are booking your ride so you won't have to pay own. But if you want ready delivery then you might pay some OWN.

Get Pre face lift Aspire 1.5, it is available for 15 lakh 58 hazar, best buy if you can find it any dealership. Better than Aspire 1.3

You are not a filer! Tax gets deducted from my salary too monthly and I am government employee! You are only a filer if you submit your return to FBR anually! When I bought city in Oct 2014 I was declared a non filer! For further investigation u can check your name in ATPL(Active Tax Payers List) available on the FBR website by giving your CNIC! Good luck with your purchase bro!

Dealerships dont ask for tax submission receipt.. They download list of active tax payers from fbr website and this list is updated fortnightly.. Also in order to qualify for filer tax today, i must hv paid tax for previous year i.e 2012-13.. Secondly even if i hv filed return but my name is not appearing in Active Tax Payer List.. i can't qualify for filer tax

Filer, non filer thingy is online. I checked with Toyota Rawal and they said only bring CNIC copy as they have online system by FBR to tell if you are a filer or not. They will put your CNIC and if your data as active tax payer shows up you will be charged filer (lesser) tax.

To qualify for filer tax, you must have paid the tax for the previous year and filed it online as well. If tax is taken from your salary and you don't file it, you will be counted as non-filer, though I don't why wouldn't one file his/her tax when he/she pays it already.

Because its quite time taking and not too easy for newbies. We as a nation do not consider paying tax a duty, but a burden. Then again, we feel all our duties are a burden.
