City 1.3 is largely missing in the new City 2015 lineup worldwide. Not sure what Honda Atlas will offer. In Phillipines they are giving 1.5 which is largely a carry over of previous gen.

The all-new City is only available as a 1.5-liter model. This engine is largely a carryover from the previous City meaning it develops 120 horsepower. However, improvements have been made to its exhaust system, particularly the EGR valve, to improve fuel efficiency. This is mated to a 5-speed manual or the new Earth Dreams 7-speed CVT with paddle shifters. In an unprecedented move, Honda Cars Philippines announced on the same night that the 1.3-liter version of the City has been omitted largely due to the fact that the company will launch the Brio really soon. This puts Honda in contention in the sub-B segment populated by the likes of the Mitsubishi Mirage, Toyota Wigo, and Hyundai Grand i10.

Corolla is offered with 2nz-fe engine only in Pakistan. Corolla does not carry this engine anywhere in the world. Similary next gen city will carry this same engine as present in current generation of Honda city 1.3 ltr

1.3 = same engine as Honda Fit/Jazz sold worldwide and in City in Pakistan and Philippines till 2014.
1.5 Aspire = Same engine as 1.5 Honda Fit/Jazz and Honda city elsewhere till 2014.

Also Honda City model being sold in PK came in all other countries as either 5mt or 5at. It did not come in CVT anywhere. The new city comes in CVT.

How sure that Atlas will not follow the City path in case of Civic. It was to launch new City in 2014 but has not done so yet.

Civic is their top of the line model. Btw it's inside news from Atlas 10th Gen Civic will be out in 2017.

Yes, new city is delayed just because of remaking stock. As soon as it's cleared, new model will be launched.
