^ Yeh mera bhae,
For Gods sake again lets not cry about Xli not having power windows and ABS and City having them, its an Xli, Xli essi hee hoti hai,
Gli to City okay?
Simply speaking if HOnda comes up with a no power window car, Its price would go down so youll get a XLI CITY and then you can compare the 1.25 lack difference again.
Corolla came in 2008 AUG City in 2009 January. (+- same year)
City and Corolla Gli have had a price difference of about rs.125,000 since 2007-2008. and it prevailed till Corollas new shape.
City is Honda mediocre car, Its nothing comfortable, Yes it looks very good (sporty,stylish) the fuel average is very good, The boot space is very amazing, But that fun element is still missing in this car. (maybe i am being biased here) but i have 2 2006-2008 Citys in family and a 2009 AT, the previous ones driving position made me tired, the 2009 one was just oka.
Literally the car took around 5 seconds to move when i pushed the throttle and the sudden change of second gear was more irritating. (maybe im used to CVT) but the 2002 Vitz changes gears more smoothly)
Suspension wise i could feel more bumps and holes, the car didn't take sharp turn very nicely. (Corolla does skid too)
For me id simply say Corolla is bigger car category, Swift having a 1300cc engine doesnt means its compatible to a Corolla or a City its a hatch back.
Swfit = Hatch back
City = Sub compact sedan (fit with a diggi)
Corolla = C category of a compact sedan
Another thing id like to add is, Cars in our home are driven roughly and at low maintenance, for us
Suzuki = 3 years
Honda = 5 years
Toyota = 7-8 years trouble free.
For that the added 1.25 lack seems reasonable.
