Anyhow don't know how much influence Honda Japan has on its local partner, it's about time they intervene and save their repute while increasing their profits in the process.

No exact date yet but its definitely in the pipeline
For reference, 7th gen city next to its earlier generations.
Personally, it looks much better than Yaris
yaris is not the competition of city anyways as far as looks are concerned lol , its competition will be 12gen corolla.
The only criticism I have of the new City's design is that it is too under-tyred. The wheels are too small for its body and make the car look awkward at most angles (although that can be corrected with a bit of effort).Other than that, it spanks every other car in its category right now. Can't wait for it to launch in Pak.
First see it in real life then come to the conclusion as these pics just show the car generally not in detail.
Sure but I'm not the only one noticing it, alot of other people have the same complaint as me. And 1 or 2 pictures might deceive but almost every picture of the city gives off the same impression.
Don't be much happy. It will be launched here not before 2025.
I dont think it will be that late by that time a newer gen city would have been introduced by honda.
damn that kit is ugly af, it looks fine without it.
It's kind of an across the segment prob with small sedans, all look under tyred except for probably the koreansHere, look:
Surprisingly the first four don't look that bad once you see the abominations known as saga and perodua bezza.City looks alright in that picture and i know the ciaz isn't that bad in real life(wheel size wise).

Wheels look adequate in this photo...
P. S. City 2020 got 5 stars in ASEAN NCAP, watch atlas do us a HUGE favor and put 1 airbag in it.
Ok this looks good!
I have confirmed from a inside source at Honda Atlas Cars Limited . He said that for Next Generation City 18 months are required to upgrade the existing assembly line So dont Expect Next generation Honda City Till End of 2021 or Start of 2022 in Pakistan in between this time span you can expect one more Facelift with Airbags and maybe Sunroof in Aspire and some minor cosmetic changes

Airbags addition is believable but no way for the sunroof.
Other minor cosmetics changes would be double shark fins, side mouldings phir hata dein gay, front grille change...
